AdviceOS provides users with a number of different Workflow reports, designed to provide a total view of the workflows generated within AdviceOS. The Workflow reporting tools are designed to allow management to monitor the progress and completion of tasks at the enterprise level.

Access to the Workflow reporting functionality can be controlled within AdviceOS at the user level. To view workflow reports, the user should enter HOME>Repoting>Workflow Reports>All Active Workflows Report

 

 

The user can select which workflows are active, based on a certain trigger event .

 

To view the current activities within an active workflow, double click on one of the workflows in that list and that will open the workflow details.
