Help Desk

Midwinter has a help desk, which may be contacted on 1300 882 938 or via email info@midwinter.com.au for any queries regarding the use and operation of our software. Midwinters Help Desk is available Monday to Friday from 8:30am - 5:30pm AEST.

Video tutorials

Midwinter has a wide range of  video tutorials with over 30 currently available on various sections of our software. With playbacks users can listen and watch trained experts use midwinters software at their own convenience.

To access these video head over to midwinter.com.au go to our support section and click on the "video tutorials", from here it will ask you for a password which can be obtained by contacting our help desk.

Midwinter Academy

Midwinter's State of the Art, Learning Platform. The Midwinter Academy is our digital training portal, designed to provide state of the art remote and online training. The Midwinter academy offers a range of online training tools for each of the AdviceOS modules and has been constructed in a way that is intuitive, simple and easy to navigate. Live daily webinars

Midwinter Offers a variety of free daily webinars available to our current users and trial subscribers. Sit back as one of our experience team members walks you through our software ready to answer and discussion any question you may have. To register head over to midwinter.com.au go to our support section and click on  "Webinars" from here you can registrar to the webinar that best suit your needs as well as a date and time that you are available for.

In house - Face to face
