Adding existing insurances and insurance information
1.Click “Add” and select status from dropdown. Status will automatically default to Inforce.
2.Add structure, policy type, policy name and policy number
3.Ensure you select correct owner
4.Tick the check boxes for the cover types required and add amount
5.Click “More Information” to add additional policy information
6.Click “Save”
**User Note: When selecting the insurance structure this may impact on the Policy type, and cover amounts available to select
Insurance Information
In the Insurance Information screen you will see a summary of the policies that has flown through from the Existing insurances screen.
Entering Medical Information for personal health statements
1.Click “Open”
2.Complete the sections and click “Add” where required
3.Click “save”
