In the Client Segmentation model you can view and amend the existing service packages that are available to select from when generating your FDS.

In the Benefit details screen you can view the benefits to your clients’ existing packages. Each package contains services that clients can expect from you/your practice each year.

Any changes to the client segmentation and the benefit details associated will require Practice level access.
